Dr. Haridas is the best endocrinologist I’ve ever seen. After I was misdiagnosed with anxiety for decades, he immediately saw evidence of multiple rare diseases including a life-threatening condition. He took me seriously, started me on a high enough dose of medicine, and spent a lot of time with me. He was more up to date on Endocrine Society guidelines and other best practices than I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable and caring and non-judgemental. After suffering from misogyny and medical gaslighting most of my life, I finally feel like I’m in safe, competent hands with a doctor. He explained my upcoming diagnostic test might come back “normal” due to my type of the disease, but that didn’t mean I didn’t have it, and there were other tests he could use to 100% confirm, or my positive reaction to the medicine might be enough evidence. He’s a great doctor but somehow I was able to get in to see him the very next day as a new patient!
