He made one of the scariest and most invasive surgeries sound less terrifying once the surgery went from being an option to a need for my health. He is as considerate as a surgeon can be and he talked through everything in detail with my family. It is over 4 years later and my last check up with him was about 7 months ago and he still cares about me as his patient.
