I live with MS and a thyroid condition and I've experienced years of dismissal since moving to Canada. When I saw Dr Ryan, he made me feel like my concerns were heard and immediately referred me to all the specialists necessary to check my thyroid and because of that I started taking medication that drastically changed my life. My thyroid was affecting my MS and making me unable to walk or function at all, and because of Dr Ryan's questions and the fact that he chose to believe me, I am now able to walk, jump and enjoy my life. I only saw him that one time, but it was a time that changed everything for me. I am so thankful.
