Gilia listens carefully and is willing to consider less common diagnoses, approaches, or specialist referrals when something isn’t working. She doesn’t default to labeling cases as “treatment-resistant,” but instead recognizes when further investigation is needed. Several of my diagnoses—often considered rare—were identified because she validated my concerns and supported appropriate specialist referrals.
