Clinicians Who Care

Dr. Clay Josephy took care of my 92 year old mom in the Renown ICU. Truly, I can't believe we were lucky enough to have him there when we arrived and work through the entire time until we had hospice transport her home. He literally fell in love with my mom and treated her with such care. He held her hand and looked right at her and talked directly to her. He made sure her children were involved in decisions. He made it possible for her to see her 6 day old great-grandson in the courtyard of the hospital, taking her down there himself in a wheelchair. He did everything in his power and a few things outside his power to help us get our mother home to die. Never have I met a more caring, loving, thoughtful doctor. His care was exceptional.
