Fantastic provider for patients with complex needs (think rare diseases, multiple chronic conditions, and the like). Dr. Charles sees the 'complicated' (my word) patients himself once established as a patient. His PAs are easy to get in to see in order to get established. Really, his PAs are also attentive so if you need an early appointment, you don't miss out. The few times I had concerns a PA was unable to resolve, Dr. Charles phoned me himself if he was unavailable to step in to the exam room.
