After years of being misdiagnosed he figured out from my first clinical appointment that I had mastocytosis and hereditary alpha tryptasemia and finally got me appropriately medicated after years of extreme pain and constant mast cell symptoms post covid infection. There was trial and error for sure and I failed Xolair spectacularly badly but he pushed for Ayvakit and got it approved
