After seeing a number of less-than-helpful providers (pre-diagnosis), a friend with POTS recommended Dr. Rosales to me, and it was immediately obvious to me that he understands POTS in way few other doctors I’ve met do. Since I first saw him a few years ago, it’s also come up at several other visits with a range of specialists that he’s at the top of their lists when referring patients in Anchorage who have (or may have) POTS and/or dysautonomia.
