I've worked with them for 4 years consistently, Radost is the only adult psychologist for people with ADHD and Autism. And the only that understands what the existence and burocracy process for trans people is in Bulgaria. In my time visiting them, they helped with my agoraphobia, I used to have daily panic attacks using public transport. I don't remember the last time I had a panic attack now. They helped and navigated me through an abusive relationship, homelessness, leaving the country, suicidality and self-harm. Thanks to them now I'm in a safe country where anxiety is a rare occasion. This is a person who understands you. Especially if you're queer and/or neurodivergent. Therapists avoid explaining factual information. But as an autistic individual, i need literal information to grasp the world around me. And Radost always gives that, when asked for. Forever grateful.
