I am one of those complicated people with a diagnosis of MPA ANCA vasculitis, a rare autoimmune condition. Misdiagnosed for years, then thought cancer ever where due to a pet scan and where going end Of life care tell they sent me to Dr. Chong. He said no , do these blood test, first time we meet he knew exactly what i have and has been acting as my chief Dr (which isnt his roll) ever since. I dont know where I would be today if he didn’t know what to look for and not brush me off like everyone else does.
