Clinicians Who Care

Licensed Naturopathic Physicians (NDs) in Arizona are regulated by the Arizona Naturopathic Physicians Medical Board and serve as primary care providers with full diagnostic and prescriptive authority. Their scope includes performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing pharmaceuticals and supplements, and performing minor office-based surgical procedures. In addition to standard primary care, Arizona NDs are also trained in clinical nutrition, physical medicine, IV and injection therapies, mind-body medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, environmental and detoxification medicine, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and acupuncture.
