Dr. Palmisano is amazing!! I’ve been seeing him since I was 12. When I moved away for a short amount of time, I realized what other plus size women were talking about. NO ONE listens to fat women (other than Dr. Palmisano). He’s an incredible doctor, he listens, he takes time with each patient and he ALWAYS treats my symptoms not my weight.
