So often people would treat her like she was, “old” and that her issues were chronic and could not have any real improvement. We were referred to Dr. Bjordahl and he was everything we were looking for. He took the time to listen to what she was going through, what her goals of care were, and he was clearly sincere about his concern regarding her quality of life. He listened to what she wanted out of the rest of her life and helped work with the two of us to improve her quality of life. She looked forward to his appointments because of his wonderful bedside manner and personalized care. She never once felt like he was dismissing her, or her complex medical complaints. She lived another 2 years after we met Dr. Bjordahl and they were much better due to his clear knowledge and the time he took to help her meet her goals.
