Dr. Adair is a psychiatrist, her solo practice is BENÉ Mental Wellness. Her website lists all of her specialties but for me specifically, her experience in the intersection of ADHD, anxiety, and depression was absolutely life changing. She helped me find a balance of medications that not only didn’t make the other conditions worse, but allowed all three to get better and gave me space to work on coping mechanisms. She also has been helping me adjust my medication recently in hopes of seeing if they are making an impact on my chronic illness.
