Luckily I went into the appt educated and initially he mentioned that I might be too young to be in perimenopause but when I listed off the symptoms he immediately said ok we’re going to check your bloodwork before you leave and we treat the symptoms, so let’s get it started. Speaking to friends, this was not their experience and I appreciated so much not being brushed off.
