Dr. Apostolov cared for my grandmother for two days while she was in the ICU. I wish he had been starting his week instead of finishing it up. He was amazing. He has the friendliest and calmest demeanor, and has a professional background that gives him a different perspective from other physicians. He knows what goes on behind the scenes of the diagnosis and he fully appreciates nursing and laboratory staff. He responded very quickly from the moment he was assigned my grandmothers case. He was very thorough and he was even putting in orders before the nurses could get into the chart. He also put in orders at bedside to make sure things got done. Every single concern that I had, he took seriously. He never dismissed me and was incredibly proactive. Talked to me at my level of knowledge and talked to my grandmother at hers. Wanted us both to be thoroughly educated about what was going on. Will forever recommend his care.
