Embodies the idea of working WITH a patient, not ON a patient. Works in clinic focused on providing primary care for transgender and gender-diverse patients. She is caring, thoughtful, listens to my priorities and concerns, works together with me on my ongoing conditions and medication management. She is always giving me her medical expertise (will even look into questions I have between appointments) and then helping me navigate which choices for treatment work best for my life, financial situation, and comfort. (Ex. Helped me switch medications when it the previous type was too expensive for me even with insurance. Ex. Helps me manage my ADHD medications based on my day to day needs and doesnt treat me as drug seeking.)
