Clinicians Who Care

I always feel heard by my primary care doctor. She is familiar with my complex medical history. When I'm facing a health concern or have questions about something, she is patient and speaks to me with respect and empathy. It feels like we are a team as far as the approach to my care. She takes my knowledge of my body and my suggestions into consideration for her role as my primary care physician. Her office is efficient with prompt communication and even prescription refills being done as quickly as next day usually. I tend to only see female doctors because they have personal experience with their own bodies and therefore have a better scope of practicing medicine on other women. Dr. Arsene has never brushed off my concerns or dismissed my beliefs of what I think is happening within my body.
