Clinicians Who Care

When I shared with Dr Johnson how I was nervous as a women who has schizoaffective disorder who often gets dismissed, he affirmed me. He talked about how women are often treated in the medical world and how its not fair. Not only that but hes backed up his words with actions. Hes treated me seriously and has advocated for my care. I feel seen. And getting the care I need feels so relieving. He also helped me find heart medication that will work with my pregnancy to not hurt the baby. And when certain staff didnt schedule me for a heart monitor implant surgery, he ordered and I told him. Well he took care of that too! I can’t recommend him enough.
