He let me cry without judgment and even told me how strong and brave I was for dealing with these symptoms for 5 years without giving up. Every staff member in met was super nice, but DR. Fries was more kind, supportive and understandable than I could have imagined. When it came time for a treatment plan it was my choice what we did. He also repeated asked if I had questions or concerns. I felt both heard and a part of planning every step of it.
