Clinicians Who Care

Dr. Strigham is a cardiothoracic surgeon who specializes in, among other things, thoracic outlet syndrome. He is the most human surgeon (and doctor) I have ever met. He is funny, is a FANTASTIC listener, he is willing to listen to any research or thoughts you bring to the table, and doesn’t cut you off or rush you. In an emergency I even showed up at his office not knowing where else to go without an appointment, and he was willing to see me seeing my pain and desperation, and was so kind and compassionate with me. I wish I could make a billboard for him, but this will have to do. Bottom line: he sees his patients as human. He even makes phone calls on your behalf. Never in my whole life have I had a doctor make phone calls for me. Meeting Dr. Stringham opened up a whole new world of what I could expect and should expect from my providers 🫶🏻
