A wonderful therapist who has not only listened to me but help me heal and provided needed resources. Although not against it, she did not want to shove medicine down my throat but provided helpful coping mechanisms to me manage my day to day anxiety and depression. Absolutely love her for this. The office staff is wonderful as well.
