After 11 years of back problems, being told to lose weight, get scans, imaging, PT, spinal injections - did it all, I went to his office in tears. “I know you just met me & I know doctors won’t jump to surgery but I need help & if you won’t then I’ll find someone who will” was what I told him our first meeting. I got him my years of imaging & reports. I got a call a few hours later saying they had an opening for surgery the following week. I’ve been great since!
