The team truly focuses on getting to the root cause of health concerns rather than just treating symptoms. Never dismissed my ban and the entire atmosphere from walking in the door to the room to be seen feels warm and inviting and most of when she came and began to just ask how my day was and how could she best support me and took ample time to not just understand symptoms but my life which made me feel SAFE to completely open and be comfortable to express everything. Madam President as I call her took the time to listen, understand, and address an issue that my previous doctor couldn’t solve. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in my treatment plan.
