After moving back from GA and only having black provider who understood me and my health. I was scared seeing a white provider. I am a healthcare worker and have seen the racism first hand against patients and coworkers. But finding her has been amazing. She listens, explores options, and considers my age and race in my care plan. She listens, never judged, or comes off condescending. I know so many providers like her that truly deserve their flowers.
