Dr. Nelson is one of a kind. He is triple board certified in Neurology, Pain Management, and Interventional Radiology. I have worked with many providers. He is absolutely the best employer and treats his staff AND patients like family. Everyone gets their 15 minutes (or an hour) even when he is running terribly behind. Dr. Nelson is extremely knowledgeable (WELL VERSED in EDS and connective tissue disorders) and will run every test, work every possible pain management solution, and even perform your surgery, if needed. He will sit with you and let you vent or be your sounding board. He calls patients after hours and sometimes does work pro bono. He will also make time for you on his overly full schedule if you are really needing to be seen. Dr. Nelson sees patients from every walk of life, every insurance, and they travel from all over the country to see him. His staff is amazing.
