Dr. Eklund took my perimenopause symptoms seriously after years of dismissal elsewhere, even though I didn’t have classic hot flashes. She listened carefully, explained what to expect as my hormone needs change over time, and walked me through HRT options in a thoughtful, collaborative way. She allowed me to trial different approaches until we found what works for my body, without pressure or judgment. She is also supportive of sterilization, after multiple other providers discouraged or refused to discuss it.
