Emily has been an instrumental support in my recovery from CPTSD journey as well as discovering my neurodivergence. Always supportive and nonjudgmental, willing to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, most of all letting her clients take the lead on how their own treatment progresses. She has a lot of varied experience to bring to the table, has extensive training in EMDR, and is LGBTQ affirming. When I brought up a concern that she didn't have experience in treating, she also researched treatment options outside of the session.
