Dr. Sacco is *very* trauma-informed and has been a wonderful provider to have for psychotherapy. I like that he approaches a client very holistically, utilizes evidence-based techniques such as CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for individuals who especially feel stuck in their trauma, their lives, etc. He is genuinely the first male clinician that I have had such a wonderful time working with.
