Lisa stayed past clinic closing time to remove my IUD during my annual physical, even though I offered to make a separate IUD removal appointment. My IUD wasn’t working for me and she said she’d take it out immediately. I apologized to her medical assistant on the way out for keeping them all late and she said “We’re always happy to stay for Lisa because we know her patients leave feeling heard and taken care of”
