Megan is really good at answering questions and concerns with clear explanations. She'll have a plan and several backup plans in mind for treatment and always asks for my input into my treatment. Once, when my treatment was delayed because of miscommunication, she apologized for that happening and worked out a plan to prevent it occurring in the future. It's so rare to have a provider actually apologize when something goes wrong!
