Clinicians Who Care

I had pretty much given up on doctors. When my health insurance recommended I try Dr. Patel. I had to wait 8 months to get in to see him. In that time I almost cancelled this appointment multiple times. I am so glad I didn’t cancel. He listened to me & in a way that I began to cry. Not from sadness or anything negative, but from an overwhelming sense of relief that a doctor was actually listening to me. My blood work showed I have a leukemia and that is why I have felt so tired all the time. I now go regularly to see a hematologist/oncologist.
