She is very understanding and will jump hurdles if you are unable to financially afford to see other doctors and will perscribe what she is able to when it comes to getting on medications. I have a long list of chronic health issues and she does her best to get me who she believes will be a good fit for me. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly, shows actual concern when bringing up struggles, friendly in general, takes genuine interest in what you tell her, takes great notes, and if you choose to have your psychiatrist and/or therapist in the same building, they will actively work on your case together to figure out what the best plan is. Sterling Health in general is just a really great option if you live in central/eastern KY. They have sliding scales available for low/fixed income, free ride assistance to surrounding counties (wheelchair accessible and baby/car seat included options are available), the have so many community resources and connections at their fingertips that its impressive, many different practices at the main campus in Mount Sterling including inhouse labs and xrays, and the dental and the main OBGYN office is in the same parking lot. There are very few doctors I do not recommend in their system. For healthcare in Kentucky, from someone who moved from California, I find it quite impressive how many doctors and practices they have in network and the level of care I have recived in the last 5 years I have used their services.
