Dr Shivanna was the very first doctor in a decade to listen and take time to figure out what was going on with me. It did take almost year but I saw her monthly sometimes more than twice a month and anytime she felt like she hit a wall; she would sit down with me in her office and review my medical history again with me and discuss. In the end she discovered a rare genetic heart condition as well as some other rheumatological issues and has gotten me on to the right path for treatment. Where other doctors dismissed me and acted indifferent; she always made sure I felt heard and made it her mission to help me to feel better.
