Clinicians Who Care

Dr. Ottley has been both of my son’s doctor for the past 7 years and we truly have never come across a better pediatrician in our entire lives. Our teenage son trusts him enough to share hard truths. Our 7 year old son is on the spectrum and Dr. Ottley has worked to gain his trust. We know we can call him if something is wrong and he knows our son well enough to understand if we need to go about the situation in a different way. He talked our autistic 5 year old through a nasal Covid test without any crying, it was basically a miracle. He has an energy about him that lets children know they’re safe, he’s there to help. He also sounds the tiniest bit like Blippi and I think the kids love it. 10/10 This entire office knows exactly what they’re doing, you couldn’t pick a better place to help make sure your children are healthy. They also answer the phones quickly, have same day sick appointments if you call in the morning and have an on call nurse if you have questions that you can reach by phone.
