She's easy to talk to and very clearly not only listens, but takes notes and can often empathize with what youre going through. She's had amazing advice on coping mechanisms to get through stressful times but also is always accomadating when life happens and you need an ear to talk things out with between appointments. She's always been quick to respond when ive messaged her and has really been a massive help in the month or two that ive been doing virtual appointments with her. Highly recommended.
