I have celiacs disease and every time I would go to the dr I would be asked ‘well who diagnosed you with that?’ and questions similar. I’d go to get refills for my antidepressants and leave with a colonoscopy appointment to ‘make sure’ I had celiacs and re diagnose me, they’d forget all about my antidepressants. I got rediagnosed with celiacs disease 7 times in two years with 7 different colonoscopies because Drs didn’t believe me. Now I go to see Dr. Nathan Thomas and it feels so strange. I’m listened to, he pays attention to me and believes me and helps me find solutions. I still feel silly going to the dr and feel like I’m going to be told it’s my anxiety. Dr. Nathan Thomas’s mother has celiacs disease and is great to help me with it. His father is a Dr at the same facility he works at, his name is Dr. Gregory Thomas. CHI Valley View Health Clinic in Council Bluffs Iowa. Dr. Gregory Thomas is also a fantastic Dr but I prefer to see Dr.Nathan Thomas and will wait weeks to do so!
