I went to several doctors since the age of 12 telling them I think I have endometriosis, none of them took me seriously and they all downplayed my pain and just prescribed me birth control. When I moved to a different city for college, I went to Dr. Labban. I was expecting to have to once again beg and plead my case, but I didn’t have to. He was the first doctor that immediately gave me options and agreed to perform surgery on me (which confirmed that i did have endometriosis). His nurse practitioner is also great! And she herself has endo too.
