I have found Dr Jain to be a genuinely trained and experienced mast cell specialist, up to date on MCAS treatment options and symptom management. I've found him to be familiar with many other comorbidities such as POTS, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome(EDS)/hypermobility disorders, and in my experience he is far more knowledgeable about endometriosis than most gynecologists. (He does not treat all these conditions, but certainly is familiar enough with them to incorporate their considerations into his MCAS treatment options.) He has never questioned the validity of my symptoms. He properly incorporates informed consent, and has excellent communication skills. My understanding is that he treats patients in several clinics in WA, OR, and CA.
