Clinicians Who Care

I went into Urgent Care at Jefferson because I have been dizzy for a week, along with other symptoms, and Dr. Kagan did a thorough exam. When he figured out what I had (which he seemed to find exciting to deduce, which I admire), he told me that he would be back with a piece of paper. Dr. Kagan then proceeded to DRAW me a whole picture/diagram of what was wrong, why, and how it effected me/made symptoms develop. He also shared that he sufferred from a similar, yet chronic condition, and that I would be okay after a few days. In addition, he prescribed the meds, even though they are available OTC, so I was able to bill it to my insurance. Even though the wait was long, I would do it again to have such a great experience.
