As a black woman, all you want is someone to listen and care, especially in pregnancy. He delivered by second baby and when I came in as a new patient, he looked at my previous OBs notes on my last pregnancy. Although my previous OB never showed concern for my blood pressure towards the end of my first pregnancy, Dr. Haldeman saw my notes and came in with a game plan to make sure my blood pressure didn’t cause issues towards the end of my pregnancy, especially because he saw sign of preeclampsia from those notes. He comes into every appointment with such care! He delivered my baby with a smile on his face. He is truly the best!
