Melissa doesn’t only treat pain, she treats the source of pain and will work, extensively, with her patients to relieve them in any ways possible. For instance, I have severe pain when I ingest food due to a 20+ year severed GI disease. Instead of applying “meds” or saying “I’m making it worse on my self through my head” she connected me with a Dr. that gives me a lower GI block every 9-12 months. It’s completely changed my life. I’ll never forget the day I drive down the road and realized I wasn’t in pain (I cried happy tears, for at least an hour). Melissa also gives me migraine Botox shots every ten week that, over the course of 12 years, reduced my migraines by 80 percent (basically gave me my life back without having to take a daily med). She’s a former rural ER nurse, thinks through every scenario, listens to her clients and truly - makes the world a better place.
