After seeing 3 hip specialists MDs about sudden onset of pain & difficulty with walking (avid runner), 2 years of advocating, 96 PT sessions, 5 inconclusive MRIs, Leslie advocated for my care to see her attending and exploratory surgery . Without her advocacy, my inconclusive imaging would have gotten me dismissed again. Turns out both my my hip labrum’s were severely torn & the location of the tears were hard to see in the MRIs. Thank you Leslie for believing me & advocating for me after years of me being dismissed by others! I’m finally walking & living my life again.
