I saw Dr. English after having a miscarriage, losing my daughter at 16 weeks, and having a terrible experience with the practice managing my care at that time. During my first appt, he sat down, opened my chart, and I said, "I just lost my daughter at 16 wks," he closed my chart, looked me in the eyes, and said, "wow. I'm so sorry. I bet you want to talk about that, huh?" It's been 13 yrs since that moment, and I still cry thinking about it. I felt Heard, and Seen. He ordered genetic testing on ME that my other Dr neglected, we came up with a game plan, and within a year I was pregnant and delivered a healthy baby boy. He is an exceptional physician.
