I was in his office for about an hour, but not because I was stuck in th waiting room; he listened to everything I had to say without cutting me off, asked a lot of questions, I never felt rushed, and he was overall compassionate and helpful. He also personally texted a neurologist to set me up an appointment to be further tested for POTS, which he absolutely did not have to do. I've seen him once since then, just for a follow up, and I had the same pleasant experience.
