My first pregnancy tragically ended in a miscarriage. The first time I met with Dr. Bachamp was her telling me that horrible news. She gave my husband and I a private moment and then she came back and asked if she could give me a hug. I accepted and she told me she was so sorry. She shared stories of her own losses with me and provided me with resources to deal with the grief. Then, when I got pregnant again, she was thorough in monitoring me and caught an issue with my progesterone production which, had it gone unsolved, would’ve resulted in my baby dying again. She saved my baby and is the kindest, greatest doctor I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I highly recommend her if you need OBGYN care in the Salina area!
