Clinicians Who Care

Doctors hate chronic illnesses because they can’t provide clear answers to their patients and often can’t off treatment either. Dr. Hays is truly one of the main reasons I’m still here. My disabilities from these chronic conditions have been so incredibly debilitating and confusing to navigate, and Dr. Hays has never dismissed my symptoms and acknowledges where we all sit at the edge of medical knowledge. He knows there are limits to what he knows and how he can help, but always offers support in any way he can, not only through referrals and follow ups but thought his unyielding kindness, empathy and care for his patients. He is definitely a big part of the reason I keep choosing to fight despite it all.
