Previous to his moving to Baltimore, Dr. Geiger was my primary care doctor in Indianapolis. I went to him specifically because he was well known and highly recommended in the lgbtq community, but he turned out to be all that and much more. Dr. Geiger listened and helped me take action on symptoms that had been long ignored by other physicians I'd seen. He immediately picked up on my early symptoms of heart failure and got me treatment to lower my blood pressure and get a cpap. Additionally, he helped refer me to a nephrologist when I started getting strange blood results for kidney function. This led to finding out I have a rare genetic kidney disease that was rapidly progressing and causing these debilitation symptoms. If it wasn't for his willingness to really listen, and agree to refer me to nephrology and genetic testing, this illness likely would have been ignored until my kidneys failed. He saved my life and I will be forever grateful he was my doctor at that moment. Baltimore gained the best physician I've ever seen. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a GP for their family.
