He understands POTS and all the standard advice for it, but also will look deeper and make sure that you know what works for you and will help figure out alternatives if the standard approach isn’t working for you. (Eg I’m slightly allergic to citrus, which makes me react to almost all electrolyte drinks, so we talked about alternatives like salt tablets and some drinks that don’t use citric acid) He is very straight-to-the-point and efficient but will take time if needed, but if there is a straightforward solution, it will be a very efficient appointment!
