After being dismissed by other physicians for YEARS I finally saw Dr. Picano. Immediately he was trusting me, listening to me and ordering appropriate testing. I had an undesirable result and he called me himself to explain what it meant before we met for my follow-up. During the follow-up he walked me through the results more thoroughly and gave clear recommendations for moving forward. He is definitely very serious at first but he is listening and actually seems to want his patients to live quality lives.
